In a previous blog post, I talk about 4 things you should say to yourself in the morning, now we are taking the same principles to bed!
Again we are trying to create habits to affect change in your life. The mind is the beginning of that change.
SO here are 3 things you should say to yourself before you go to bed:
- Today happened and I am okay.
- I will learn from today.
- Tomorrow will be another learning experience.
Our emotions of the day can make us forget those things sometimes. Say those 3 things and believe them! Good luck!
