First I say you should look in a mirror when you say them, but if you aren’t ready for that, make that a goal, in the meantime just stand somewhere in the room and say them out loud!!!

- I can handle anything that comes my direction today.
- I am not afraid to ask for help.
- Everything is a life lesson and I will be okay!
