For a lot of people, everything is psychological. TO achieve a goal is psychological. You have to psyche your brain to working towards that goal. You may have a larger goal or a big goal! But I suggest starting smaller and trying to reach smaller goals first.
Having mini “wins” can be a great boost of confidence and assist you in reaching that larger goal. Set up little goals that lead to the larger one. For example, you want to clean out your car and it just seems too much. Start with the glove compartment. Just work on that. Finish it and move on to the right passenger side door. Finish that. Then go to the back left passenger side and so on and so on. You will start to see the progress. And you will in essence handling the car that seems too much to clean out!!
