It’s Okay to Get Angry!

Sometimes the darkness can be so loud!!

It’s okay to get angry! It’s okay to BE angry! It’s okay to feel whatever you feel about your situation. Sometimes anger can compel you to take action. Being angry can make you look at an issue and want to change it! And CHANGING a situation that is not serving you IS the goal.

We are told by society and others not to be angry. That anger doesn’t serve a purpose. I would agree that being angry all the time and NOT doing anything about the issues that made you mad is useless and pointless. YOU have to allow yourself your feelings and really be present in them. THEN spring into action. Let them propel you forward. We should alsways be moving forward,

I don’t believe in holding in feelings or not expressing yourself. Its important to purge it out! I want you to be mentally healthy!! Get angry and then get help! Change is great!

    Great blog! It IS important to let yourself feel anger. Keeping the focus on you helps avoid blame and taking a break before things get out of hand is important too! Thanks for writing it!
