When it seems overwhelming and I have SOOOO much to do. I break it down into one hour increments and i seem to get my tasks done and it doesnt seem so bad.
SO write down 3 or 4 tasks you need to complete, assign an hour to each of them.
Now you dont have to use the whole hour. AND you can go over the hour if you like, Or just get done what you can in an hour and then moved on . Sometimes SCHEDULING something that has to be done or you would like to do is a great idea!!
The goal is to organize and get stuff down without feeling overwhelmed.
