Here is a tip for while you are in the middle of organizing AND its a good tip for anything you are working on for long periods of time:
Stop and step away!!!
Give yourself breaks! it can be 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes at a time. Completely walk away from the task! Take a walk. Relax with your eyes closed. Go in the garden, which is what I do when working from home. You ask when? its depends how long you are doing the task. I would say about every half hour or so. Or even once and hour. There is no right or wrong answer.You want to finish your task, you just don’t want to burn out before its done!
I got the idea from reading that you should look away from your computer every 20 minutes or so. I used to work on spreadsheets all day and my eyes would get glossy and head would hurt. I put this into practice and it worked for me.
