Living Rooms are usually the first room you see! Being the first room, its easy for many things to occur that will make it cluttered, unattractive, and/or not functional. Here are four tips for the living room:

2- Don’t fill every surface with “stuff” and that includes pictures. If you can put some on the wals. Spread pictures in frames throughout the house. Curb yoururges to overly nik-nak your surfaces. Maybe develop a system where its seasonal or quarterly and you rotate the items. Store the items not being showcased in a special bin.
3- Make sure there is a trashcan in the room!
4- Really get furniture that fits the size of the room. Couches, loveseats, coffee tables , lamps, shelving. Really give it thought and measure! Having furniture that dosen’t overpower the space in the room makes the world of difference.
