Mid Week Tip: An Old School Way To Help With Visualization
I go through magazines and newspaper articles and tear and cut out pictures of things I like. Sometimes its a pic of a room I would like one of MY rooms to look like. Other times i have photos of organizing products I want to get. Then I will post them. I have an area with a wall where i post them. You can do it on your fridge. Maybe get an empty paged book/journal and tape them in there. Its a cross between a vision board and reminders of what you want.
It can also be a motivational tool to get you where you want to be! its similar to putting a picture of that red dress you want to fit back into when you are on your weight loss journey. Visuals can really work.
