It’s Okay. It’s Okay. IT’S okay!!
In the quest of perfection that many of us strive for (and never fully reach), being okay is okay! We are told it’s “all or nothing” or “go big or go home”. In reality that mentality doesn’t work for most of us.
When faced with a big task, do any of you decide to NOT do it? Doesn’t it seem to hard? Too much to handle? The motivation goes out the window.
I’ve had clients tell me that they don’t attempt things because they think they won’t do it “right” or it won’t look good. Here is where “It’s okay” comes into play. It’s okay to start and try to accomplish a task. It’s okay that it’s not “perfect” when you’re done. The question is: is it better than it was? In the case of organization, Another question could be: is the space more functional? What is perfect anyway??
Cut out the stress! It’s okay. You organized the closet mostly but it could use a little more work. It’s okay. You only handled one issue on the list of 20. It’s really okay!!
