Organization requires brain function. Organization requires good brain function. Exercise is one of the ways towards healthy brain function. Exercise improves strength, balance, mood and flexibility. Starting small is better than NOT starting at all! Start with a walk around the block 3 days a week. And then over the next couple of weeks, increase it by adding another day, then another day a few weeks after than. Suddenly you are walking 5 days a week around the block. Then increase it to twice around the block. The point is to not KILL yourself by going hard in the beginning then fizzing out by day 3. Because ANY amount of walking helps. Same goes with walking at the mall, or swimming, or riding a bike. Just do something to help with keeping your brain active.
