There are times where i pushed the snooze button way too many times! I ran across phone app that is a trip. Its called Alarm Clock Xtreme.  This alarm clock  app includes features that prevent excessive snoozing and get you out of bed. Like for instance, the alarm goes off , you reach over and have to solve a math problem first before it turns off! (I didn’t do well in Math in High school…)

This highly customizable application will allow you to wake up in a way that works for you. Set your morning alarm to slowly increase in volume and wake you up gently. Use the extra large snooze button to prevent you from pressing dismiss accidentally, or force yourself to do math in order to snooze/dismiss the alarm. You can even have the snooze duration decrease in time after every snooze and set a maximum number of snoozes.

The free version is great and you can upgrade to the paid version to remove ads.
